Prime time is defined as any time between the hours of 6:00pm & 10:00pm.

DTV reserves the right to edit and incorporate advertising of any kind within a program. Submitted programming must not contain advertising of any form. For-profit groups or businesses that wish to advertise may chose between the advertising rate schedule or the sponsorship rate schedule.

Political Campaigining

Any individual or group wishing to air campaign information must follow the advertising rate schedule for air time requested. DTV will provide equal time to any competing or opposing political candidate or party at an equivalent rate. DTV reserves the right to refuse air time to all political candidates or parties equally.

Bulletin Board Programming

Bulletin Board programming is the continuously scrolling information that plays between regularly scheduled programs. This service is available without charge to non-profit organizations and individuals that wish to call attention to social, education, cultural and fundraising events that are open to the public. Some for-profit announcements will be accepted for a fee. DTV staff has the right to determine whether announcement meets Bulletin Board qualifications or will be considered a standard advertisement. Messages will be cablecast on a first come, first serve basis, as space permits, on an automatic, rotating basis for up to two weeks prior to the event. Information submitted for viewing must be received 10 business days prior to the first airing. DTV reserves the right to refuse to air informational programming for any reason including insufficient available air time or lack of viewer interest in the information submitted.
